Staff and Volunteer Team
Matt founded and runs a small software company, working with charities across the country, helping them to increase their effectiveness and efficiency. He started volunteering at Club in 1996 whilst studying maths at Oxford, and on graduating worked and lived at Club for several years. Matt also has an MSc in Social Policy and Planning. He now lives up the road in Harlesden, has three children and occasionally plays the trombone.
Sue Turner, Treasurer
Sue first came to Kilburn to volunteer at the OK club whilst a student at Oxford Poly. She then studied in the States for a Masters degree in Climatology. On returning to London she volunteered at the OK club and qualified as a Maths teacher & taught in two local secondary schools, before having her three children. She has experience of being a parent with children at local Nursery, Primary and Secondary schools where she been involved as a Governor, Parent Rep and Treasurer of the Parent Group. She currently works part-time as Librarian in a local Primary school. She attends St Luke’s Church where she runs the Parent & Toddler Group and administers the church payroll.
Aimée is a deputy head at a large secondary school, with responsibility for the Sixth Form. She lives locally and spends some of her holidays running youth camps.
Dr Mark Lethby
Mark is a junior doctor in a London hospital. Mark was the link rep whilst at Oxford and has continued to be involved since then. Mark oversees Christian Holt House.
Originally a physicist, Jim is a civil servant in the Department of Transport currently working on rail policy. He is married to Alice and they have one daughter.
Andrew Brown MRICS
Andrew is a chartered surveyor and Managing Director of Ash Mill Developments, an owner-managed property development company. He lived in Kilburn for a number of years and was involved in youth work locally at St Luke’s Church. Andrew continues to be involved with children’s work at his local church in Chesham, Buckinghamshire. He is married to Sarah, has three children and a dog.
