Our team of qualified & trained staff and volunteers engage on a daily basis with children and young people, offering a listening ear and giving emotional support to individuals in difficulty, creating and leading programmes and activities that children and young people will find attractive and that will contribute to their personal and social development.

At Club you will only come across passionate people. The core staff is under the responsibility to:
                              • work through mentoring and support to individuals and families and through group processes to foster personal, social and spiritual development.
                              • plan a range of attractive activities, events and programmes that retain the interest of children & young people & foster personal, social & spiritual development.
                              • engage with a wide range of children & young people in the OK Club, on the streets and in schools & involve them in constructive activity, discussion & action.
                              • work through group processes, mentoring and support, to foster personal, social and spiritual development of individuals and groups, particularly new ‘recruits’.
                              • communicate appropriately and in a variety of timely ways to ensure that new & targeted children & young people know about Club & opportunities available.
                              • develop opportunities for exploring faith issues & spiritual development with children & young people in the context of a diverse multi-ethnic local community.
